WWE SummerSlam Results: Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton, Dominik Debuts, Asuka Pulls Double Duty & More

Dominik Mysterio arrives with both his mother and father. He tells Rey that he appreciates him wanting to be ringside for his match tonight, and wanting to protect him, but asks him not to interfere as he needs to face Seth Rollins on his own. Dominik says he’s a WWE Superstar now, and he needs this to be a man, and prove he can fight his own battles. Rey is reluctant, but agrees.

Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The Street Profits (c) vs. Andrade & Angel Garza (w/ Zelina Vega)

Kevin Owens is on commentary for this one, because WWE loves me and obviously knows I was just tweeting yesterday about missing Kevin Steen on PWG commentary. The Street Profits came out with red solo cups and mini one-shot solo cups raining from the ceiling.

Montez starts things off with a dropkick and a big hurricanrana on Andrade from the second rope. Garza rushes in and takes a double flapjack from both the champs. Montez clears the ropes on a tope con hilo, but the challengers catch him out of the air and slam him down hard on the floor.

Garza and Andrade slow things down for a few minutes, beating the hell out of Montez with quick tags and double team combos. They work on his arm, hanging it up in the ropes with an illegal armbar multiple times. Again, c’mon ref…

Garza sets Montez up in the corner and hits a double knees to the gut. They hang him in the tree of woe, Garza hits a running dropkick, and Andrade comes off the top with his diving foot stomp. Just a a total one-sided mugging from the challengers so far.

Finally Angelo Dawkins gets the hot tag, but they double team him and Andrade nearly knocks him out with the Judas Effect. Dawkins hits the ropes, ducks a lariat and takes him out with a spear, but the damage has already been done.

Montez tags back in hits a facebuster. Zelina Vega gets up on the apron and is accidentally taken out in the chaos, forcing Andrade to roll out and check on her. That leaves Garza alone in the ring. He tries for the Wing Clipper, Montez sneaks out of it and Dawkins hits a Sky High powerbomb. Montez off the top rope with one of the craziest splashes I’ve seen in a long time, and this one is over.
