WWE “Suspends” Roman Reigns After RAW Shoot Style Promo on Vince McMahon (Video)

Ever since earning his spot in the main event of WrestleMania 34, the “Big Dog” Roman Reigns has been shooting on the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, mostly complaining that he never shows up to work and gets special treatment from management. Meanwhile, the “Beast Incarnate” has been no-showing WWE RAW (in story, of course) on a weekly basis, adding credence to Roman’s frustrations.

This week Reigns took the ring on Monday Night RAW and cut a “worked-shoot” style promo on the WWE Chairman himself, Vince McMahon. Roman claimed that Lesnar was “Vince’s boy”, and refused to be disrespected by the boss while he was on the road over 300 days a year busting his ass for the company, never getting to see his family.

After continuing his heated rant for several minutes, Reigns marched backstage into the production area and angrily approached Vince McMahon, who was overseeing the show alongside his son Shane McMahon and other members of the production team. The two exchanged words before they were split apart, and eventually had a private meeting in Mr. McMahon’s office.

WWE has officially announced that due to the disrespect shown to Vince McMahon, Roman Reigns has been temporarily suspended. It was also announced that Brock Lesnar WILL be on Monday Night RAW next week, per the order of the Chairman himself.
